Job Title: Senior Business Analyst
Location: Beaverton, Oregon or St. Charles, Missouri (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive strategic initiatives within supply chain planning, leveraging advanced analytics and visualization to elevate business insights. Our team values collaboration, creative problem-solving, and effective cross-functional communication to support and optimize planning operations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable visualization tools and deliver data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Leverage analytics tools, SAP ECC/IBP, and AI technologies to create and optimize planning resources.
- Support planning goals by identifying trends, clarifying opportunities, and presenting actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance process improvements and support supply and demand planning objectives.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, analytics, business, or a related field.
- Experience working within a manufacturing supply chain environment.
- Certified proficiency in Power BI (DAX expertise required) and SAP ECC/IBP experience preferred.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, written, and communication skills; experience with AI technologies is a plus.
