Job Title: Staff Project Controls Specialist
Location: Conshohocken, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to lead critical project controls processes for multiple high-impact initiatives within our client’s organization. Our team values strong technical skills and effective communication to ensure successful project execution while maintaining budget and schedule integrity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, scheduling, logistics, and cost control for engineering, procurement, and construction projects, ensuring accurate project set-up and execution.
- Analyze data, prepare cost and scheduling reports, cash flows, and forecasts using project controls software and established procedures.
- Collaborate with internal project management and accounting teams to review project costs, change orders, and support external audits.
- Perform quality checks, field audits, and progress measurement to validate reporting accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field and three years of direct project controls experience (applicable experience may be substituted for degree requirement).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office required; experience with Oracle Primavera P6 preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus demonstrated interpersonal effectiveness.
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification or ability to obtain this credential as necessary for the position.
