Job Title: Staff Civil Engineer
Location: Brea, California (On-site)
Job Summary: We support organizations in developing world-class designs through our commitment to excellence and precision. Our team partners with key stakeholders to deliver engineering solutions for a broad range of infrastructure and facility projects.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to project teams by performing civil design from conceptual phase through design completion across varied sectors.
- Modify and review production drawings for diverse projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards.
- Utilize strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, codes, and procedures to design civil components meeting project requirements.
- Compile reports, specifications, and project data, participating in field inspections and supporting client presentations.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from an ABET-accredited program in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology.
- Minimum 2–3 years of civil engineering experience, preferably in a consulting environment.
- Strong proficiency in civil engineering software including AutoCAD, MicroStation, BIM (Revit), Civil 3D, PLS, PLS-CADD, RISA-3D, MathCADD, and related analysis tools.
- Demonstrated technical, organizational, communication, and analytical skills, with attention to detail and team collaboration ability.
