Job Title: Technical Engineer
Location: Nashville, Tennessee (Hybrid)

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to provide advanced support and administration across Microsoft Azure and Citrix environments. Our team values adaptability, strong communication skills, and an analytical approach to solving technical challenges for critical business operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced administration and support for Azure services, including managing cloud-based solutions and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize Citrix environments and associated application technologies.
  • Develop and enhance automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline system operations and deployments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to document processes and ensure robust application delivery on Windows platforms.

Experience/Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Azure services, Citrix, Windows platform, and scripting using PowerShell or Python.
  • Advanced proficiency in Azure administration and Citrix management, with exposure to App-V, Cloud Paging/Pager, and MSI technologies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; proven adaptability in dynamic environments.
  • Azure or relevant cloud certification preferred; solid documentation skills considered an added advantage.
