Job Title: Supply Planner
Location: Ontario, California (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven individual to support end-to-end supply chain and production planning activities. Our team values strategic thinking and collaboration across manufacturing, supply, and commercial operations to ensure optimal product availability and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with commercial, manufacturing, and supplier teams to optimize supply planning processes and maintain accurate master data in SAP and JDA/BlueYonder systems.
- Plan and manage the master production schedule, ensuring alignment between customer demand, inventory, and operational constraints.
- Identify and communicate capacity constraints, facilitating cross-functional resolutions and supporting weekly simulation and review processes for production schedules.
- Perform risk and scenario analysis for supply, allocate resources to protect service levels, and support key performance indicators such as inventory health and production execution metrics.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 3–5+ years of experience in supply planning and production planning roles with exposure to S&OP, MPS, PDLM, and PIPO processes.
- Proficiency in SAP for MPS, MRP, and production scheduling, as well as experience with JDA/BlueYonder and advanced Excel/data visualization skills.
- Demonstrated strength in scenario planning, capacity constraint management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve key operational outcomes.
