Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator
Location: Cincinnati, Ohio (Onsite)
Job Summary: We are seeking a driven individual to oversee and optimize system administration and monitoring for a major organization’s infrastructure. Our team empowers business continuity by ensuring accurate configuration, robust service mapping, and exceptional operational support.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and operate ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB, maintaining operational readiness and high data quality.
- Create, maintain, and improve Application Service Maps in ServiceNow and streamline automation of service mapping where feasible.
- Support enhanced reporting and impact analysis by leveraging CMDB/service mapping data and configuration item relationships.
- Deliver operational support for ServiceNow ITOM administration, including monitoring, incident response, and request fulfillment in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Proven experience supporting system monitoring and working with ServiceNow ITOM, CMDB, and service mapping tools (advanced proficiency, 6–9 years preferred).
- Demonstrated ability to administer and improve large-scale CMDB and mapping footprints, including millions of configuration items and thousands of application/service maps.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills to partner with client stakeholders and technical teams for day-to-day administration and project improvements.
- Willingness to provide coverage aligned to 24×7 operational needs, including standard work schedules and after-hours support as required.
