Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive testing and evaluation to determine product limits and improve device reliability.
- Lead investigations and root cause analyses on observed failures during testing phases.
- Develop and maintain test protocols for environmental, shock, vibration, and ship testing.
- Contribute to engineering product design reviews and participate in cross-functional teams.
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in an engineering or testing field.
- Proficiency in developing test fixture designs and managing test plans.
- Experience with environmental testing, reliability testing, and design validation.
