Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Product Development or Engineering.
- 3+ years of technical product development experience in footwear.
- Proven ability to manage tight timelines and deliver cost-effective product solutions.
- Strong collaboration skills with demonstrable experience in influencing and leading cross-functional teams.
