Job Title: Demand Planner

Job Summary: Our team is seeking a proactive individual to drive sales and retail excellence through strategic communication and data analysis. As a crucial component to our sales planning, we focus on crafting actionable insights and surpassing performance expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate Point of Sales (POS) and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data to stakeholders and partners.
- Enable sales and retail partners to identify successful strategies and areas of improvement.
- Develop style-level plans to inform financial decisions and optimize business health.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution and delivery of sales objectives.
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in retail assortment planning.
- Skilled in simplifying complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in pulling and analyzing POS and KPI data to identify key market trends.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
