Job Title: Project Analyst – Mid-Level
Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic professional to coordinate the end-to-end Enterprise Vendor and Technology Intake process. Our team ensures operational efficiency, data accuracy, and timely issue resolution across the intake lifecycle, playing a critical role in the organization's risk management strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with global IT and business stakeholders to guide the intake process efficiently.
- Validate submissions for accuracy and assign tasks to relevant stakeholders.
- Act as the liaison between business partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Monitor compliance and platform engagement to promote continuous improvement.
Required:
- 5-10 years of experience in operations, project coordination, or Risk/IT governance.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management tools, particularly ServiceNow.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint with preferred knowledge of PowerBI and Jira.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
