Job Title: Sales Operations
Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are dedicated to supporting the NA Planning team by enhancing project support for sales operations. Our team efficiently bridges sales execution, go-to-market planning, and visual merchandising, ensuring successful market entry for products. This position plays a pivotal role in driving the seamless execution of strategic sales programs.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with Marketplace Sales teams to collect orders and ensure timely program submissions.
- Manage multiple sales deadlines and facilitate on-time order completion across various Fast Tee programs.
- Create and maintain pre-season sales tools for effective product showcasing.
- Track order status persistently and support replenishment efforts for fast-selling items.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to pull, evaluate, and present data to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented, operates quickly, independently, and communicates effectively.
