Job Title: Senior Project Controls Analyst
Location: Overland Park, Kansas (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team supporting advanced power generation projects. Our team values leadership in project controls and the ability to proactively influence project execution for successful delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and scheduling activities, including float analysis, earned value assessment, startup planning, and constructability for assigned projects.
- Facilitate project forecasts, recognize potential issues, and advise project teams on matters affecting execution timelines and deliverables.
- Support proposal efforts through the development of Level I/II project schedules and provide expert schedule support for key cost control processes.
- Collaborate with project management during execution, participate in risk and change management discussions, and drive departmental initiatives as needed.
Required:
- Strong knowledge of all planning, scheduling concepts, and proficiency with Primavera P6 software.
- Four-year bachelor's degree with six or more years of relevant cost control or planning and scheduling experience; or in lieu of a degree, eight or more years of relevant experience in a home or field office environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team of project controls professionals, providing supervision and guidance as needed.
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing internal and external stakeholders on project execution strategies.
