Job Title: Recruiter – Mid-Level

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to manage full-cycle recruitment processes for the Loss Prevention team in a high-volume retail environment. Our team is committed to delivering strategic staffing solutions and building talent pipelines across multiple regions by leveraging innovative sourcing approaches and collaborative partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment lifecycle for store hourly loss prevention roles across a designated geographic area, supporting multiple district and store locations.
- Develop and implement staffing strategies, including building partnerships with local colleges, military, and community organizations.
- Source, engage, assess, and extend offers to qualified candidates while managing applicant pipelines and virtual hiring events.
- Report weekly progress against hiring goals and ensure online recruitment content is accurate and current.
Required:
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment or sourcing experience in a high-volume setting.
- Strong technical skills using platforms such as Excel, PowerBI, Phenom, and Workday.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic talent sourcing and advanced communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
