Job Title: Corporate Affairs Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to help optimize internal communications processes for a large enterprise environment. Our team values expertise in communications management, platform operations, and content strategy to drive engagement across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the communications platform, including troubleshooting, user support, and process documentation.
- Lead content planning, scheduling, and publishing of the weekly global employee newsletter, ensuring alignment with tone, style, and brand standards.
- Manage enterprise distribution lists, maintain reporting and analytics, and ensure accurate audience segmentation for internal outreach.
- Support and lead internal communications projects, including development of project plans and coordination with cross-functional teams.
Required:
- Demonstrated expertise in internal communications, with extensive and recent experience using the Staffbase Studio platform for email and intranet management.
- Experience with audience segmentation, building distribution lists, and platform analytics within a large company setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to provide copywriting and editing support adhering to AP style.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of experience, Associate’s degree and 8 years of experience, or High school diploma/GED and 10 years of experience required; technical expertise and Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience preferred.
