Job Title: Senior Accounting Manager

Job Summary: We are recruiting for a critical position within a global accounting team where our focus is on delivering excellence in cost and operations accounting. Our team champions accounting accuracy, statutory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration across the organization’s manufacturing network.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership for a team, overseeing accounting and reporting activities related to inventory, reserves, and transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and statutory requirements.
- Partner with cross-functional groups including FP&A, supply chain, tax, and internal audit to support proper accounting, master data management, and site operations.
- Lead ERP and automation implementation projects, driving effective process design, testing, documentation, and training for cost and operations accounting functions.
- Consolidate, analyze, and report global inventory balances, perform detailed monthly variance analysis, and deliver audit support for internal and external stakeholders.
Required:
- Experience with cost accounting in a large company, including inventory and transfer pricing under US GAAP, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience with SAP and S4 HANA systems, including supporting system testing and implementation within accounting functions.
- Demonstrated initiative, the ability to work independently, and a hands-on, self-motivated approach to leading teams and managing workload without constant direction.
- Significant background in managing cross-functional teams, including oversight of offshore team members and collaboration with outsourced service providers.
