Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced leader to drive the delivery of enterprise technology initiatives focused on AI and digital workplace transformation. Our team is looking for a proactive professional skilled in project governance, cross-functional coordination, and executive reporting to ensure client success and operational readiness.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client planning, coordination, and governance for large-scale technology initiatives alongside a third-party implementation partner.
- Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and readiness trackers from proof of concept through to production rollout.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across service desk, architecture, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Provide clear, consistent status reporting and support executive-level decision-making through robust documentation and communication.
Required:
- 8+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise technology projects, including AI or automation initiatives.
- PMP or an equivalent project management certification and demonstrated expertise with SAFe Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proven track record managing client-side aspects of vendor-led implementations, with strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and digital workplace or service management solutions.
