Job Title: Manager, Commercial & Medical Operations (HCP Engagement)

Job Summary: We seek a detail-oriented professional to support major modernization efforts in HCP engagement operations. Our team values disciplined execution, operational excellence, and the ability to drive compliant, efficient processes across multiple workflow systems in a highly regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities for HCP engagement systems, including workflow intake, tracking, approvals, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Commercial, Medical, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure timely and compliant completion of HCP engagement requests.
- Manage end-to-end operational processes for Speaker Programs within relevant events management platforms, and support training and documentation needs.
- Act as liaison for procurement and finance workflows, managing vendor setup, purchase order creation, invoice resolution, and payment tracking across procurement systems.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 5–8+ years’ experience in commercial operations, medical operations, HCP engagement, or similar operational roles.
- Direct hands-on experience with key systems including Veeva (preferably Events Management), HCPengagementNOW or similar, Coupa, and Bill.com.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with demonstrated attention to accuracy and detail.
- Ability to operate in fast-moving, highly regulated environments and provide user support to cross-functional partners.
