Job Title: Senior Supply Chain Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven professional to support critical supply chain activities within a leading clinical environment. Our team is dedicated to ensuring data accuracy, smooth ticket resolution, and timely distribution of study products across global clinical sites.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate error management between external trial operator staging tables and SAP systems, ensuring inventory accuracy across platforms.
- Oversee and update Clinical Master data in SAP to enable prompt and accurate shipment of clinical finished goods to designated sites.
- Administer the intake and resolution process for ServiceNow tickets, maintaining metrics and assigning cases to proper resolvers.
- Monitor data quality reports, maintain process documents, and support meeting management and dashboards using tools such as Smartsheet.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience with SAP Order to Cash and Plan to Stock functionality within a biotechnology or pharmaceutical environment.
- Proficiency with IS management tools, including ticketing and issue resolution using systems such as ISM.
- Ability to monitor and maintain data integrity across systems, including hands-on experience with computerized system validation and data quality tools.
- Proven track record managing multiple priorities such as tickets, process documents, and meeting administration in a dynamic setting.
