Job Title: Project Manager
Location: New Albany, Ohio (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to support our business performance and project management initiatives within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
- Manage integration of technical project schedules, risk management plans, resource allocation, and budget tracking using a Smartsheet-based system.
- Oversee the accuracy of project data within dashboards tailored for various management levels and maintain standard project documents and workflows.
- Collaborate closely with program leads, engineering managers, and workstream leaders to develop and maintain updated schedules, risk plans, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with best practices in project execution, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple projects.
Required:
- Prior experience in project management, coordination, and scheduling with a minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience or equivalent qualifications as described below.
- Proficient in using Smartsheet and Excel for detailed project reporting and tracking.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Background in medical device development, packaging, or assembly.
