Job Title: Software Engineer

Job Summary: We are on the hunt for an adept technical solution solver to join our dynamic team. Our team crafts and implements solutions that not only meet but exceed business needs, all while adhering to top-notch architectural standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assess complex problems and spearhead the development of efficient technical solutions.
- Manage projects of small to moderate size and contribute significantly to larger teams.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members or external vendors.
- Advise product owners on tech-related business challenges and formulate actionable solutions.
Required:
- A Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience in leading development within the constraints of two to three sprints.
- Solid knowledge of NodeJS, React, and API development (although not mandatory).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to evaluate the merits and risks of options.
