Job Title: Facilities Equipment Engineer
Location: Charleston, South Carolina (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are excited to offer an opportunity that involves working with a team dedicated to the integration and optimization of building operational technology asset classes. Our team is committed to supporting the governance and management of these assets, ensuring efficiency across multiple service towers within Enterprise Services.
Responsibilities:
- Support technical troubleshooting and remediation for Building Management Systems, including controllers, field devices, sensors, and system integrations.
- Analyze and resolve BMS alarms and unattended conditions; implement corrective actions to reduce false alarms.
- Evaluate integrations between BMS/SCADA systems and enterprise platforms to ensure operational visibility and reliable data flow.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and deliver projects on schedule, ensuring adherence to standards.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering or engineering technology.
- 8+ years of related engineering work experience, including Building Automation Systems and SCADA systems.
- Experience with modern communication protocols such as Ethernet IP, Modbus TCP, BACnet.
- Proven experience developing relationships and partnerships with senior executives, stakeholders, and partners.
