Job Title: Training Specialist
Location: Pomona, California (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of learning curriculum from needs assessment through pilot, implementation, and evaluation.
- Establish and nurture key relationships with HR, managers, and leaders to support workforce development initiatives.
- Provide operational and logistical support to training functions, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
- Utilize tools such as Adobe, Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop to develop effective blended learning solutions.
Required:
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration using email, Microsoft Teams, and MS Suite.
- Experience with onboarding, provisioning, or access management processes in an enterprise environment; familiarity with systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Remedy is preferred.
