Job Title: Training Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to confirm job template accuracy and provisioning readiness for employees.
- Manage access and provisioning requests, ensuring compliance with established security and governance protocols.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and technical analysis to support workforce onboarding processes.
- Handle inquiries and maintain clear communication with key stakeholders to deliver efficient system access.
Required:
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, MS Suite, enterprise systems (such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Helix/Remedy), and email tools preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
