Job Title: Landowner Affairs Team Member

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to help shape and deliver key external affairs strategies. Our team values fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and driving initiatives that elevate the organization's reputation and business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an external affairs strategy that aligns with national objectives and supports organizational growth.
- Represent the organization to government officials, industry associations, third-party groups, and community organizations to advocate policy and regulatory interests.
- Monitor regulatory and policy developments at local and state levels, providing strategic guidance to executive leadership.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure external affairs efforts are coordinated with overall organizational strategies and communications.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 8+ years of experience in external affairs or a related field, with success in building stakeholder relationships across various organizations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and policy frameworks, preferably within the telecommunications sector or similar industries.
- Proficient communication, leadership, and strategic problem-solving skills, including experience collaborating with geographically distributed teams.
