Job Title: Change Management Consultant
Location: Remote
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to guide organizational change initiatives within a strategic IT transformation program. Our team focuses on maximizing adoption and minimizing resistance for new technologies, processes, and systems across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies, including communications, training, and stakeholder engagement.
- Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics for change-related challenges.
- Collaborate with project managers, IT teams, business leads, and HR to align initiatives with project goals.
- Design and deliver change-related communications and training materials tailored to various audiences, and monitor adoption for long-term success.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in change management within IT environments.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as ADKAR or Prosci.
- Experience supporting data-focused projects and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
