Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive technical administration and enhancements for a critical enterprise Salesforce environment. Our team relies on innovative thinkers to streamline processes, maintain platform governance, and ensure data quality across highly regulated business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee system administration, configuration, and automation enhancements for Salesforce-based platforms, focusing on data integrity and regulatory compliance.
- Design and maintain integrations, workflows, validation rules, and approval processes to support business resiliency initiatives.
- Troubleshoot user issues, manage security, and provide ongoing support to ensure seamless platform operation for all users.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable, actionable technical solutions.
Required:
- Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in Salesforce Platform Administration within a complex enterprise environment, including configuration and reporting.
- Expertise supporting platforms such as Fusion Risk Management or other Salesforce-based GRC/risk/resiliency systems in highly regulated industries.
- Strong background in automation and workflow design, external data integrations, and experience managing user access and identity integrations (e.g., SSO, MFA).
- Proven experience in change management, release cycles, and maintaining high standards of data quality and governance.
