Job Title: Clinical Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to deliver advanced clinical education, training, and support for healthcare technology solutions that optimize patient care. Our team values expertise in bridging healthcare and IT to ensure seamless implementation and end-user satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead detailed workflow assessments at healthcare facilities to identify opportunities for optimizing clinical processes through the integration of advanced clinical informatics solutions.
- Conduct engaging clinical discussions and provide comprehensive system training for healthcare professionals, focusing on best practices and effective use of patient monitoring platforms.
- Participate in the implementation process, collaborating closely with customers to align solutions with their clinical and operational needs, and managing any deployment challenges.
- Resolve moderately complex troubleshooting and support tasks during and after solution deployment, ensuring timely and effective problem resolution for customer satisfaction.
Required:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical education and training, clinical practice, or equivalent roles in Catheterization Lab, Electrophysiology, or Interventional Radiology environments.
- Active certification as RCIS, RN, or RT(R), with experience utilizing hemodynamic monitoring systems.
- Demonstrated skills in training delivery, workflow analysis, troubleshooting, and data interpretation within a clinical technology environment.
