Job Title: Clinical Consultant

Job Summary: We seek an experienced professional to bridge healthcare and IT, focusing on optimizing and configuring clinical informatics solutions. Our team supports organizations in improving clinical workflows, delivering advanced training, and ensuring clinical and operational success for our healthcare customers.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct workflow assessments at healthcare facilities and identify opportunities for optimizing clinical processes through technology integration.
- Lead clinical discussions and deliver advanced training on clinical informatics solutions, maximizing their impact for healthcare professionals.
- Participate in solution deployment and implementation, address challenges, and ensure alignment with clinical and operational requirements.
- Resolve moderately complex support tasks and collect customer feedback to drive continuous product and service improvement.
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in healthcare consulting, clinical education and training, clinical practice, or an equivalent area.
- Current certification as RCIS, RN, or RT(R).
- Experience collaborating with clinicians and IT, delivering system training, performing workflow analysis, and overseeing troubleshooting efforts.
