Job Title: Network Construction Manager
Location: Seattle, Washington (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the execution and oversight of telecommunications/wireless construction projects. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless coordination of vendors, subcontractors, and customer representatives, supporting industry-leading projects across public right-of-way and small cell infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and influence construction decisions for field projects, actively participating in vendor selection and customer meetings.
- Oversee all aspects of project construction, including above and below-ground fiber installation, node construction, and utility make-ready activities.
- Provide on-site guidance to contractors, maintaining compliance with organizational standards and ensuring accurate project tracking and closeout documentation.
- Act as safety observer and quality assurance representative during site visits, ensuring adherence to safety programs and best practices.
Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications/wireless construction, with direct knowledge of Outside Plant Construction techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Excel, and familiarity with test equipment for RF Sweep, OTDR, Power Meter, and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing.
- Experience with vendor management, building small cell sites in the public right-of-way, and reviewing node and construction drawings.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed, with occasional out-of-state travel for team meetings.
