Job Title: Supply Chain Procurement Specialist (Buyer)

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to drive procurement and purchasing operations ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery of materials, equipment, and services. Responsibilities:
- Execute the complete buying process from requisition through supplier selection and purchase order placement, ensuring alignment with company procurement policies and contractual terms.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers, coordinating on pricing, lead times, order status, and issue resolution to achieve reliable delivery derived from established performance metrics.
- Support cost control and risk mitigation by leveraging competitive sourcing and proactive identification of supply chain issues, working with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges affecting schedules or material availability.
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation and records within ERP systems while adhering to compliance protocols, supporting standard operating procedures, and facilitating seamless audits.
Required:
- Experience in procurement, buying, or supply chain operations, with a working knowledge of purchase order management and supplier negotiation processes.
- Proficiency using ERP systems to manage purchasing workflows and track orders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, supported by effective verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate across teams including engineering, operations, logistics, and finance, with proven attention to detail and accuracy in execution.
