Job Title: Clinical Operations Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated professional to support clinical operations and trial optimization initiatives. Our team is committed to driving collaboration, process improvement, and operational excellence within the clinical research environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily operational and coordination support, maintaining trackers and organizing meeting materials.
- Assist with clinical trial optimization, document management, and support for process reviews and training sessions.
- Track operational metrics, conduct basic data analysis, and prepare visual summaries using Microsoft Office applications.
- Coordinate process improvement activities, document compliance, and cross-functional communication among internal teams and stakeholders.
Required:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, Health Sciences, or a related field, with experience in the clinical research industry.
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical operations, project coordination, process management, or research support roles.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint, along with strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain documentation integrity, and collaborate effectively across functional groups.
