Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Cleveland, Ohio (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated individual to support our team by ensuring the proper operation, inspection, and maintenance of building mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen systems. Our team values reliability, hands-on problem-solving, and a strong commitment to workplace safety in supporting daily facility operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of building systems and equipment, including interior maintenance and minor plumbing repairs.
- Support cleaning and upkeep of HVAC/R coils, evaporator coils, and kitchen equipment as needed.
- Complete special tasks such as painting, locksmith services, lighting system maintenance, and addressing tenant service requests as assigned.
- Comply with safety procedures, participate in ongoing technical training, and document maintenance activities as directed.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent and possession of a valid state driver’s license.
- Class B UST Certification required and ability to pass background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
- Minimum of one year of relevant experience in general building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work.
- Physical capability to lift at least 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 feet, and demonstrate strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
