Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Long Beach, California (On-Site)
Job Summary: We seek experienced and motivated Systems engineer to join our dynamic and cross-functional engineering team. Our focus is on executing high-impact projects within Avionics and Airframe, Performance & Systems product lines, ensuring technical excellence and product quality.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional engineering team focused on project execution for Avionics or AP&S Modifications.
- Identify technical risks, issues, and opportunities; develop and execute plans for risk mitigation and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with Program Management to develop integrated project plans and project schedules.
- Respond to changes to the statement of work, assessing impact and negotiating modifications to deliverables, resources, costs, and schedules.
Required:
- Bachelor of Science degree or higher in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
- 5+ years of experience in an engineering role.
- Experience with avionics, cabin systems, electrical, structures, or systems engineering.
- Self-motivated individual who works under minimal direction.
