Job Title: Recruiter – Mid-Level

Job Summary: We support a growing team by managing the full recruitment lifecycle to deliver top talent for high-volume hiring initiatives. Our team drives staffing strategies that foster collaborative partnerships with community organizations, educational institutions, and military channels to achieve hiring goals.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to fill hourly Loss Prevention roles across designated store locations.
- Develop and implement effective staffing strategies, including building partnerships with local colleges, military groups, and community organizations.
- Source, engage, and assess candidates while extending offers, maintaining accurate applicant tracking records at all stages.
- Proactively maintain a candidate pipeline, adapting recruitment strategies as needed to meet evolving hiring needs.
Required:
- Minimum 3-5 years of full recruitment lifecycle or sourcing experience, with a focus on high-volume environments.
- Strong technical proficiency with platforms such as Excel, PowerBI, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Demonstrated skills in strategic talent sourcing, including leveraging social platforms and market research to identify passive candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with solid organizational, communication, and talent assessment abilities.
