Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Bolingbrook, Illinois (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to support the maintenance and repair of facility assets, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, HVAC/R, and food equipment systems.
- Assist in supporting operations, conducting inspections, and maintaining compliance with safety procedures, ordinances, and codes.
- Provide technical guidance and training for maintenance mechanics and collaborate with engineers and technicians on defined tasks.
- Document work activities and material usage using CMMS systems such as Corrigo, and escalate issues to management when needed.
Required:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent, and a valid state driver's license.
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting electrical systems including 480V 3-phase, 110 VAC, and 24VDC, with knowledge of motor controls and food service equipment.
- Physical capability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft, and work in varying conditions including extreme temperatures.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal, and successfully complete background, drug/alcohol, and MVR screening processes.
