Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead a strategic, cross-functional initiative focused on data analytics and business intelligence. Responsibilities:
- Translate program objectives into a clear program charter and detailed work breakdown structure.
- Define and manage scope and dependencies while developing and executing phased roadmaps that align with evolving business needs.
- Lead capacity planning, resource management, and identify technical, operational, financial, and resourcing risks with effective mitigation strategies.
- Provide frequent, clear status reporting for diverse stakeholders and oversee comprehensive program documentation and knowledge transfer.
Required:
- Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional data or technical programs.
- Expertise in project management software (Jira, Wrike, or equivalent), focusing on automation and API integrations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to deliver executive-level status reports.
- Experience in change management, capacity planning, risk assessment, and budget impact analysis within technical programs.
