Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including posting job advertisements, sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates.
- Conduct interviews and register prospective professional candidates for review with hiring managers.
- Support negotiations related to compensation, aligning with organizational strategies and candidate expectations.
- Handle multiple simultaneous requests, providing professional assistance to managers and ensuring customer needs are met.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience with recruitment cycles from candidate sourcing through offer negotiation.
- Strong ability to effectively screen, interview, and qualify candidates across various channels and networking opportunities.
- Capable of advancing organizational strategies focused on compensation, people development, and equal employment.
- Proven skills in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering professional support and satisfaction to internal stakeholders.
