Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an engineering professional with strong hands-on problem-solving skills who thrives on collaboration with production teams. Our team delivers direct impact on manufacturing operations by ensuring technical quality and supporting the transformation of design into reality on the production floor.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze, conduct root cause analysis, and develop dispositions for production non-conformances, maintaining compliance with technical standards.
- Apply engineering principles to research operational, technical, and quality issues, providing final engineering solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate closely with production personnel, serving as the engineering representative on the factory floor and participating in improvements and design reviews.
- Support process documentation US compliance by developing interim repairs, implementing product/process improvements, and analyzing reported deviations to ensure safety and design intent.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s of Science degree from an ABET or ABET equivalent accredited course of study in Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
- Experience with material review boards, hands-on materials and manufacturing processes, or non-destructive test procedures is preferred.
- Ability to work fully on site, participate in multiple shift assignments, and travel between local production locations as needed.
