Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to provide expert engineering support on-site, ensuring production quality and the translation of design intent to the factory floor. Our team counts on this position to collaborate closely with production personnel, resolve complex technical issues, and help drive product excellence throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and develop dispositions for production non-conformances, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Partner with production teams, representing engineering throughout the product build, design reviews, and post-production environments.
- Develop and implement process improvements, including designing interim repairs and conducting static strength analysis as needed.
- Ensure compliance with internal standards, support customer correspondence, and participate in on-site repair and technical investigation teams.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET or ABET-equivalent accredited program.
- Fourteen or more years of related experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
- Current or prior experience within the past two years supporting Material Review Board (MRB) in a commercial aerospace environment.
- Ability to work fully on-site with exposure to factory conditions, rotating shifts, and occasional travel between locations as needed.
