Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive engineering professional with a passion for manufacturing environments to join our team. Our focus is on individuals eager to transform design intent into real-world solutions while collaborating closely with production personnel on the factory floor.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve production non-conformances, conducting root cause analysis and developing appropriate dispositions.
- Apply engineering principles to address technical, operational, and quality issues throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring compliance and safety.
- Participate in hands-on factory operations, supporting integrated product teams, and representing the engineering community from initial build through post-production.
- Develop and implement process improvements, support non-destructive test procedures, and assist with on-site repair and accident investigations.
Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering from an ABET or ABET equivalent accredited course of study.
- Five or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering roles.
- Ability to make timely engineering decisions and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to participate in shift rotations, travel between locations as needed, and work in a factory environment, including exposure to stairs, noise, and various manufacturing hazards.
