Job Title: Product Review Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-Site)
Job Summary: We are seeking skilled engineering professionals to help transform design concepts into reality within a highly collaborative factory environment. Our team is committed to supporting safe, efficient operations, performing technical analysis, and driving continuous product and process improvement on-site.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and conduct root cause analysis on production non-conformances while developing appropriate dispositions.
- Collaborate closely with factory production personnel to resolve technical, operational, and quality issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and implement product or process improvements and ensure compliance with company standards among suppliers and build partners.
- Participate in design reviews, investigative teams, and on-site support activities such as disabled product repair and accident analysis.
Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering from an ABET or ABET equivalent accredited course of study.
- 20 or more years of experience in structures, systems, design, or production engineering.
- Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and strong hands-on engagement with manufacturing environments.
- Ability to participate in rotating shifts, including first, second, or third shift, as well as occasional weekend or overtime assignments and site travel during training rotations.
