Job Title: Systems Engineer
Location: Everett, Washington (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our team and drive robust systems engineering initiatives for advanced aerospace projects. Our team offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact by ensuring seamless design, integration, and certification across multidisciplinary platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support requirements definition, decomposition, and allocation from aircraft-level to system and item level.
- Guide development and maintenance of functional and logical system architectures, and support safety assessments aligned with certification goals.
- Plan and execute verification and validation activities, including test phases and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Facilitate technical discussions, design reviews, and provide documentation in support of certification and audit activities.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in systems engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or related technical field.
- Minimum 9 years of experience within aerospace, automotive, or complex systems engineering lifecycle environments.
- Extensive hands-on experience with V-Diagram processes, including requirements, architecture, implementation, and validation.
- Familiarity with safety assessments and certification frameworks such as ARP4754A, ARP4761, DO-178C, and DO-254, with strong technical communication skills.
