Job Title: PMO Transformation Analyst

Job Summary: We are seeking a candidate who will play a critical part in supporting the assessment, redesign, and improvement of a Project Management Office. Our team is looking to drive enhancements aligned with best practices and organizational strategy, ensuring program management processes are optimized for future growth.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct current-state assessments of PMO governance, processes, roles, and tools to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing a future-state PMO operating model, prioritizing opportunities and creating an actionable implementation roadmap.
- Support organizational change by developing change artifacts, updating role definitions, and facilitating stakeholder alignment.
- Translate new and improved PMO processes into Planview PPM system requirements for successful implementation and alignment.
Required:
- Experience conducting PMO assessments and gap analyses with an understanding of PMO operating models and governance structures.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business process changes into Planview PPM or other project portfolio management system requirements.
- Strong facilitation, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills with a track record of professionalism and integrity.
- Familiarity with Planview PPM capabilities and experience supporting PMO or enterprise change initiatives in dynamic environments.
