Job Title: Senior Construction Manager
Location: Berwyn, Pennsylvania (On-site)
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to direct complex construction projects from inception through completion. Our team relies on the selected candidate to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to guide the successful execution of construction work.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.
- Ensure all activities are completed in compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications.
- Conduct site visits, review project documentation, and communicate updates with stakeholders and senior management.
Required:
- Demonstrated experience managing all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Skill in preparing and reviewing contracts, reports, and drawings related to construction projects.
- Proficient in managing risk, problem-solving, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.
