Job Title: Brand Merchandising

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated professional to join our team, driving strategy and execution for channel-specific assortments in a fast-paced, consumer-led merchandising environment. Responsibilities:
- Build and manage consumer-centric, channel-specific assortment plans, blending fact-based analysis with impactful product narratives across multiple business cycles.
- Collaborate closely with merchandising, sales, planning, and marketplace teams to synthesize insights, clarify priorities, and drive strong outcomes across diverse channels.
- Lead overlapping seasonal workflows, ensuring clear deliverables, on-time execution, and alignment between partners throughout key go-to-market processes.
- Equip sales teams with channel-specific assortments, priorities, and tools, enabling confident and informed sell-in while continuously refining strategy through feedback and performance metrics.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree or a combination of relevant education, experience, and training in consumer product merchandising, retail, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in merchandising, sales, or retail planning within a vertical, multi-brand, or digital environment, with a strong understanding of retail and digital metrics.
- Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience translating insights into actionable channel strategies and building strong partnerships in large organizations.
- Proven public speaking ability, expertise in crafting engaging presentations, and a track record of articulating complex topics clearly to diverse audiences.
