Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer
Location: Hollywood, California (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We seek a highly skilled design professional to support key product teams and bring graphics concepts to life through detailed schematics and technical layouts. Our team values collaboration, innovation, and precision in creating manufacturing-ready assets for footwear, accessories, and apparel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop highly detailed schematics and graphic layouts for product designs to be sent to factories for production.
- Collaborate with designers to translate creative concepts into technical specifications, ensuring manufacturability and quality.
- Lead and participate independently in team projects related to print, packaging, 3D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, and other collateral materials.
- Utilise Adobe Suite and computerized systems to effectively support the end-to-end design process and communicate requirements to internal and external partners.
Experience/Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of directly relevant experience, or 7-8 years of experience if no degree.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite and proven ability to create technical schematics for factories in footwear, accessories, and apparel graphics.
- Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working with design teams and factory partners.
- Experience with technical apparel graphics, including specs, ink and measurement callouts, and graphic details; familiarity with 3D or fashion design software is beneficial.
