Job Summary: We are seeking a collaborative team member who can drive the procurement process while focusing on cost optimization, quality, and reliability. Our team relies on strong procurement professionals to support organizational success through effective sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead sourcing and procurement activities for designated categories of goods and services, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Identify and evaluate suppliers, conduct assessments, and negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and monitor supplier performance, addressing any issues related to pricing, quality, or delivery.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
- Proven expertise in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management.
- Proficiency with procurement software or ERP systems and demonstrated strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
