Job Title: PL – Insurance Solutions Specialist
Location: Worcester, Massachusetts (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive insurance services by handling inbound and outbound communications through phone, email, fax, and other channels.
- Review policy accounts, explain insurance products and coverages, and address client inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Recommend and offer products or coverage enhancements while ensuring all transactions align with established guidelines and state regulations.
- Document interactions accurately and consistently utilizing multiple systems and support ongoing team projects and peer collaboration.
Required:
- 2–4 years of experience in either an insurance agency or working for a carrier, preferably with call center/contact center experience.
- Demonstrated ability to secure and maintain applicable state licenses and continuing education credits for the position.
- Strong customer service and consultative communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and apply sound judgment in problem-solving.
- Proficiency with MS Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook, and the ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
