Job Title: Digital Merchandising
Location: Beaverton, OR (Hybrid)
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Merchandising specialist. Our team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and commitment to excellence, ensuring the best consumer product offerings are curated and delivered across various merchandising dimensions.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Geo and Global Merchandising, Planning, and Brand Marketing, as well as Finance, Operations, and Insights & Analytics teams.
- Drive consumer product offerings end-to-end, from insights to adoption, and manage multi-season approaches for innovative franchises.
- Prepare and present seasonal tools to showcase seasonal priorities and consumer-centric assortment plans.
- Maintain a balance of fact-based and intuitive inputs to influence future line plans and gather consumer trends and marketplace insights.
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree required, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in retail and merchandising environments.
- Proven expertise in retail and digital metrics such as sell-through, margin, and full price realization.
- Experience in footwear and a strong command of tools like MMX, AV tool, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with teammates and cross-functional partners.
