Job Title: Organizational Effectiveness Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled professional to lead organizational change initiatives within a dynamic technology environment. Our team values collaboration and strategic thinking to drive successful adoption of new processes and systems across enterprise IT platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Create, maintain, and execute communication and enablement plans tailored for technology transformation projects.
- Collaborate with sponsors, stakeholders, and project teams to align goals and deliverables for business objectives.
- Draft, review, and disseminate content related to change management strategies.
- Analyze feedback to recommend agile updates to change strategies and proactively identify disruptions or mitigation tactics.
Required:
- Experience supporting IT infrastructure, digital workplace, and enterprise technology implementations with a focus on change management.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing targeted communication and enablement plans for stakeholder engagement.
- Background working as an employee in a corporate environment (not as a consultant) and direct involvement in project execution.
- Senior leadership experience, including facilitating workshops and working collaboratively across multiple stakeholders.
